This book was exactly one year in the making and is a devotional memoir written through the dark nights of the soul that for so many of us come through the ending of one of our most significant and intimate relationships, a marriage.

Why a devotional? Because through the year following my young marriage’s end, a profound shift occurred within me through radical honesty and God’s Divine Love and Mercy. Through the hardest year of my life, with a courage for honesty afforded only by God’s Love I realized that I had spent my life until now living for myself.

And that in the falling of the falsehoods of our ego personality, I learned that we fall to God and His gardens, our true home and the essence of Divine Love. This most divine fall, reserved exclusively for our darkest nights of the soul, brings us ever closer toward perfect union in awareness with God and Christ, and the true meaning and gift of this rare and precious life on Earth.
