About Archie Carmel

We are living in a moment of deepening human awareness of who and what we are. This awareness, informed by our deeply held values, is shaping how we think and feel about ourselves, how we conceptualize our world and live, and how we envision the future for our children and our children's children.

Archie is an author, master photographer & fine artist, MBA, MA, and researcher advancing how we think about and understand our divine human potential. As consciousness continues to connect our mental worlds with our evolving sciences and technologies, we are called to remember who and what we are, and be guided by what moves us as human beings. Yet before innovations can be useful and high impact decisions beneficial, we must reflect within ourselves to tap into our intimate divine guidance, for wisdom and intelligence become maximized when they conspire together.

Archie is a 15+ year business executive, author, researcher, and artist. Recently, Archie completed an MBA and MA, and brings refined, competitive, and deeply personal experience in business development centered within human interiority. In his research, Archie has worked in special topics in consciousness including deep tech applications in communications (e.g., UAP, mental interfacing, time) as well as spiritual domains of loss and grief. In receiving his master’s in 2026, Archie noticed a significant gap in psychology today. He is now pioneering depth theology, a new paradigm that unites and nests psychology within the nonlinear and epi-empirical spiritual domain. Archie believes such an approach that merges divine transcendence and immanence with the human being can natively accommodate the miraculous in the everyday, making the exceptional ordinary and the ordinary exceptional.

In 2026, Archie authored his first book, The Softening of the Heart (publication coming soon). In this deeply personal debut work, Archie invites the reader into the intimate raw depths of loss and grief, and illuminates how navigating through deep personal loss reveals the greatest spiritual awareness and power in our lives: the power of surrender, discernment of truth, and inner revelations of the awareness of the presence of God.

Archie is also a 20,000+ hour master photographer & fine artist. He learned professional photography on a Hasselblad 500C/M two decades ago. For years, industry leading outdoor recreation companies including KUHL, Icebreaker, and others sought Archie for their seasonal field marketing campaigns. Now, Archie focuses on elevating art, aesthetics, and beauty. Archie’s expedition work in extreme environments over the years has been published (print & digital) worldwide and viewed by millions. In 2026, Archie designed a Scottish tartan modeled after his familial clan representing in Marian themes the soul’s spiritual path to union with God that is presently being registered with the Scottish Register of Tartans.

When not writing, researching, or in the field, Archie is available for podcast interviews and public engagements surrounding special topics in consciousness, faith, spirituality, his pioneering work in depth theology, and art. As a freelance photographer, Archie serves private clients and produces handmade specialty fine art prints from expeditions, favorite spaces, and home.

In his free time, Archie enjoys silent meditation, prayer, weightlifting, cold plunging, sunrises in nature, planning upcoming work, and reading scripture.
